Monday, July 7, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM | Instructor: Mary Vanorny
*In-Person Class*
Monday-Friday, July 7-11 | 9:30am-12:30 PM | $179
Join Irish fiddler and Suzuki teacher Mary Vanorny for a week of fun fiddle tunes! We'll build on skills you're learning in classical music and play some fun Irish melodies too. What makes a tune sound Irish? The secret is in your bow! Learn some fun ways to make tunes you already know sound Irish, and meet new fiddle friends while learning Irish tunes!
Listening tracks and sheet music will be sent home with all camp participants (note reading is not necessary for the class) so that you can continue the fun with your private teacher or at home. This camp is designed for advanced beginner/early-intermediate players (Suzuki mid-Book 1 (Perpetual Motion) through Suzuki Book 4).
**For children going into grade 3 to grade 8 **
