Summer Intermediate Ensemble

Directed by Brian Miller with support from Carmen Pasquerella, the Summer Intermediate Ensemble class is open to Swallowtail, Redwing and Beginning Ensemble students who were enrolled in the 2023-24 school year. Summer Intermediate Ensemble is a unique opportunity for you to learn new tunes, practice old ones, learn how to lead a full set of tunes, and to experience arranging Irish music in a group of intermediate-level musicians (mixed instruments).
This summer ensemble is not open to new members. If you are interested in registering for an ensemble in Fall 2024, please send us an email at admin@centerforirishmusic.org.
Additional Information:
Reminder: Intermediate ensemble students are required to take private lessons from a CIM instructor. Private lessons with CIM instructors support learning the ensemble repertoire and reinforce technical & stylistic aspects of each student's instrument. Financial aid is available.
